Cat Adventure - Account and data deletion

This page explains how to delete a Cat Adventure (Lukeverse) account and related data. Uninstalling the app from your phone does not delete the cloud save on the server. To delete it completely, use one of the methods below.

1) Open Cat Adventure → Home settings 2) Confirm you are signed in with Google 3) Choose “Delete account”, read the notice, and confirm 4) The account identifier, email, and cloud save are deleted from the server immediately. Chat messages sent by the account and the block/report records are also deleted.

Email help@lukeverse.com with the following: - Subject: Cat Adventure account deletion request - The Google account email you used to sign in We process requests within 30 days and reply with the result. (Weekdays 10:00–18:00 KST)

- Account identifier, session token - The full cloud save stored on the server - Email kept at sign-in (if any) - Chat messages sent by the account, and the block and report records

In-app purchase records (product ID, purchase ID, receipt hash, account identifier) are kept for 3 years under applicable e-commerce consumer-protection law, then destroyed. We do not store payment instrument details such as card numbers.

Local save may remain on the device after account deletion. To remove it completely, uninstall the app.
